The Claretian Biretta


In the black and white photo above, these Claretian postulants are wearing very distinctive dress.
The birettas have been black with sky-blue pompon and piping (application cord).
Same blue color like the ICRSP headgear

  1. I'm a Claretian Seminarian but I have never seen this in my Province. The Claretians are very liberal, I think this headgear has been abolished a long time ago. I wish I could see one and if I become a priest, I could wear one.
