Do you know of a pattern one might use to make a Canterbury cap?

I recently purchased a Canterbury Cap for myself and I am very happy indeed with the final result. I purchased it through Mary Collings Church Furnishings, a company based in Ipswich, England. They have a website, and you can order online but once the order is placed you will not hear from them again a part from a shipping confirmation email.

Does anyone know where one of these could be bought in America? That I saw Wippell only ships to Europe.
