Miznäfät - Misnafat - Miznefet - Miznephet - Mitsnephet - Mitznefet

The Misnafat is (according 2. Moses 39,28) the headgear of the High Priest (Kohen Gadol). The Misnafat in white color will be worn on high holidays like Rosch ha-Schana or Yom Kippur. Today it is only worn seldom by the Chief Rabbi.
